What We Do
By 2050, the airline sector is required to reduce CO2 emissions to 2005 levels.
We help operators to optimise fuel loads – resulting in substantial savings in both operational costs and CO2 emissions.
Our mobile application addresses fuel overload in airline operations, which results from a lack of trust by pilots in fuel uplift planning systems.
This lack of trust causes large unnecessary fuel costs and emission of millions of tons of avoidable CO2, and other greenhouse gases.
This application (currently available for the Apple iOSplatform) was designed to offer effective guidance on correct pre-flight fuel uplift calculations.

Each metric tonne of fuel burned creates 3.15 mt of CO2, plus other greenhouse gases.
Since fuel consumption is increased by carrying unnecessary fuel, any saving in fuel uplift reduces CO2 emissions. This leads to reduced environmental impact and global warming, and alleviation of carbon taxes.
Our tests on Boeing 777s pointed to an average fuel savings of 1%. Our application and associated analysis has the potential to improve savings by a further 1.75% to 3%. Examples of relevant parameters are:
